The administration notified Congress in April of the pending sale of 40 of the missiles to Morocco.

Antalet bekräftade ryska förluster utgör 11 323 enheter, varav 2 161 stridsvagnar och 966 artilleripjäser (261 dragna, 461 självgående samt 244 raketiska). De senaste förlusterna är nästan uteslutande sovjetiska: en T-72B3, tre T-80BV, en okänd stridsvagn, sju BMP-1, en BMP-3, en 2S7M Malka samt en Grad-1.

Den raketiska artilleripjäsen Grad-1 är en lättare variant av Grad, med 36 eldrör istället för 40. Detta något rörligare mördarjärn har kortare skottvidd.

Moreover, because it relies on grass roots efforts by interconnected civil society around the world, informal assistance confers an advantage that authoritarian adversaries are unable to match. Mobilizing these informal networks will not only help the United States and its allies and partners translate their significant aid packages to Ukraine into lasting success against Russia. It will also establish a template for building a more effective, multipronged response to other would-be aggressors.

30mm-systemet uppges ha kortade skottvidd men högre eldhastighet. Enligt uppgift (tysk språkövning) har Rheinmetall överlämnat ett antal Skyranger-system till Ukraina för "uttestning", oklart om det är 30mm eller 35mm-varianten.

The Tornado-S Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), which the Ukrainians have been using for the past year, has been touted as superior to HIMARS by some experts, as EurAsian Times reported.

The US M142 HIMARS can fire six GPS-guided 227mm rockets that can reach 80 kilometers and are accurate within five to ten meters. On the other hand, Russian ground forces 9A54 Tornado-S systems can accurately fire twelve 300mm GLONASS-guided rockets at a distance of 120 kilometers. Additionally, the Tornado-S is more efficient thanks to its reduced launch-ready time of just three minutes. It also comes with updated and new payloads.
